Cancelation Policy

Here at M.E.L.T., we understand that things may arise unexpectedly which would prevent you from making your appointment. We take client satisfaction very seriously and want it to be within reach of everyone. 

To ensure fairness amongst our clients, we adhere to a cancelation policy where a 12-hour advanced notice needs to be given in the event of cancelation. This helps to give enough time for someone else to book the appointment slot. However, if a cancelation is not done within this allotted time frame, then the client will be charged half of their original payment amount as a late cancelation fee.
